There are several creative teams that operate here at COD with the goal of helping people discover life change through Jesus. Whether that be through leading worship, creating engaging environments, or telling stories through pictures and video – we are seeking people to help us tell the most important story they will ever hear.

David Greer

Director of Creative Arts

David Greer and his family have been at COD since the middle of 2020. Prior to his time as the Director of Creative Arts, David spent six years as a Worship Pastor in Kansas City, where his love for the Kansas City Chiefs was born! You will most often find David spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their five kids in and around the York area.

Drew Locker

West York Worship Director

Drew Locker has been serving with COD since April 2023. He started leading worship for his youth group in 2005 and then moved into various other worship and church leadership roles since 2010. Originally from New Hampshire, Drew and his wife, Liz, were married in 2013 and now have two amazing and energetic kiddos. When not playing music or spending time with his family, he loves photography, being outdoors, and fixing cars.

Kristin Sweitzer

Content Coordinator

Kristin Sweitzer, her husband, Michael, and their four kids started attending COD eight years ago. Along with serving as the interim Children's Director, Kristin works as a staff writer. During her downtime, Kristin can generally be found at a baseball field, reading her never-ending pile of books, or spending time with her family.
