Creative Arts at COD

There are several creative teams that operate here at COD with the goal of helping people discover life change through Jesus. Whether that be through leading worship, creating engaging environments, or telling stories through pictures and video – we are seeking people to help us tell the most important story they will ever hear.

Creative Arts Staff

Cameron Harrison serves as Technical Director at Church of the Open Door. He trained in live sound, recording, and electronics repair at Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, spent three years at Clair Global, and also freelances as an audio engineer, wedding DJ, and AVL consultant. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, hitting the gym, and spending time with family.

West York Worship Leader

Kristin Sweitzer has been on staff since August 2020. Previously serving as the interim Children's Director, Kristin works as content coordinator. She and her husband, Michael have four children. During her downtime, Kristin can generally be found at a baseball field, trying to conquer her never-ending pile of books, or writing terrible stories she generally throws away.

Maddi started attending COD in 2024, where she began to pursue her passion for music by serving on the worship team. Maddi joined the team in August 2025 after pursuing God’s call to ministry in her life. In her free time, Maddi loves to spend time outdoors running and playing pickleball with her husband, Nick. Fun fact, Maddi completed her first marathon in 2025 (and, in fact, hobbled into church the next morning!).
