What is COD Counseling?

Open Door Counseling offers licensed professional therapy and exists to integrate clinical interventions and models with faith, scripture and prayer. Individuals seeking to heal from emotional, spiritual and mental distress can benefit greatly from the combined approach and be ushered into a closer, more authentic relationship with Christ.

A variety of specialties include; anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, informed trauma care, PTSD, OCD, High Functioning Autism, ADHD, personality disorders, mood disorders, and individual, family and marriage counseling.

Our team utilizes a variety of counseling models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Exposure and Response Therapy, Acceptance Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. The goal is to have attunement to the client's needs.
